Oshi no Ko Season 3 is officially in the works

Hopefully we get Oshi no Ko Season 3 next year!

Fresh after the hard-hitting season 2 finale, Oshi no Ko Season 3 was confirmed with a new teaser, along with a new visual. Along with these, two new cast members were also announced.

While it’s not a proper trailer, this new teaser does give fans an idea of what to expect. It also teases some major players that will play big roles in the coming arc.

This teaser also confirmed two new members of the show’s voice cast. First is the iconic VA Mamoru Miyano (Rintaro Okabe in Steins;Gate) as Hikaru Kamiki. The other new VA is Hina Kino (Miri Unasaka in Buddy Daddies) as Tsukuyomi.

Along with the teaser, the third season’s key visual was also shared via the anime’s official website and social media pages.

Oshi no Ko’s third season being confirmed quickly isn’t too surprising given the show’s continued popularity. Plus, this was also the case last year as season 2 was announced shortly after the first season ended.

For now, there’s no word yet on when Oshi no Ko Season 3 will be released. Chances are though that it will take around a year or so for it to be made. If that is the case, we’ll likely see Season 3 premiere in Fall 2025 at the earliest.
