After the service’s recent launch in select Asian markets, Max held an array of immersive experiences in East and Southeast Asia to highlight its movie and series lineup.

In case you missed it, Max was finally launched in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. While Max has been available in the US and other regions for a while now, the HBO GO streaming service continued to be Warner Bros. Discovery’s platform in East and Southeast Asia. Finally though, HBO GO was retired and Max was officially launched back in November.

Following the media launch, Max celebrated the launch with regional light-up moments and immersive experiences across the seven new markets. There, various Max franchises were highlighted, including Harry Potter, House of the Dragon, The Last of Us, Dune: Part Two, Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, and more.

In the Philippines, Max featured installations inspired by The Last of Us and House of the Dragon, along with a takeover of the One Bonifacio 3D billboard.

As for the other Asian regions, Max took over prominent train stations, transportation, billboards, and building projections. Here’s a look at the events and takeovers:
