ASUS reveals the ProArt PA401 Wood Edition PC case

Fresh after revealing a wide array of new devices and components at CES 2025, ASUS has now unveiled the ProArt PA401 Wood Edition PC case.

This is a smaller version of ASUS’ previous ProArt PA602 Wood Edition, meaning it shares a similar style and promises to fit high-performance PC components, all while having a smaller footprint (it’s an ATX mid-tower case).

What makes this PC case special is its looks. While it features a sleek black color, it uses wood in its front panel for a unique style. To be exact, the case is made with ash wood and goes through a six-stage process, including a thermowood treatment. After this is a two-step coating process that highlights the wood grain while also applying a low-sheen finish.

To further enhance its look, the case comes with a metal side panel or a tempered glass panel so that users can opt for their preferred style.

When it comes to cooling, the PA401 promises to keep temps low as it has dual 160 x 32mm intake fans that deliver up to 138cfm of airflow. It also has a preinstalled 120mm rear fan, coupled with an integrated PWM control for easy fan mode switching.

The design is also PC builder friendly thanks to its component bays having tool-free access. Plus, the case has some helpful connectivity options at the front, including a USB 20Gbps Type-C port and two additional USB 3.0 Type-A ports.

The ASUS ProArt PA401 Wood Edition will be available in the Philippines this March 2025 with a price tag of PHP 6,690.
