Zentry partners with Sky Mavis to bring Ragnarok Landverse to Ronin

Ragnarok Landverse is coming to Sky Mavis' Ronin in early 2025.

Sky Mavis and Zentry announced that they are bringing Ragnarok Landverse to Ronin sometime in the first quarter of 2025.

For Ragnarok fans who aren’t familiar with this game and the aforementioned publishers and platforms, here’s a quick rundown. First, Zentry is a company that built a metagame ecosystem featuring Web3, AI, and blockchain elements. The company partnered with Gravity to launch Ragnarok Landverse, a Web3 version of the classic Ragnarok MMO.

While the game has been soft-launched, Zentry has now announced a partnership with Sky Mavis, the developers of the Web3 game Axie Infinity (which took countries like the PH by storm some years back). With this partnership, Landverse is coming to Ronin, Sky Mavis’ EVM-based blockchain.

Essentially, this partnership’s goal is to help Landverse reach even more Web3 game players, especially those who play titles in Ronin.

“Our partnership with Sky Mavis goes beyond launching Ragnarok Landverse on Ronin. Together, we’re paving the way for future Biggest gaming IPs to transition into Web3. By focusing on engaging gameplay, global accessibility, and blockchain-powered asset ownership—without relying on incentives like tokens—Ragnarok Landverse demonstrates that Web3 gaming success is possible through quality alone. We are fully committed to making our vision of onboarding 50 million global users to Web3 gaming a reality,” said Jarindr Thitadilaka, Founder & CEO of Zentry.

This partnership between Zentry and Ronin also includes Zentry being a node validator on the Ronin network. Plus, Zentry also recently exclusively onboarded Ronin onto Nexus Season 1, Zentry’s player portal for humans and AI agents.
