HAIKYU!! FLY HIGH pre-registration is now live on Android and iOS

While the Dumpster Battle follow-up isn’t here yet, fans can at least look forward to the new mobile game HAIKYU!! FLY HIGH which is now open for pre-registration.

So, what exactly is this Haikyu game? Well, HAIKYU!! FLY HIGH is billed as a team strategy volleyball game; not too surprising given that the series is all about volleyball. Aside from the sports gameplay though, there will be RPG elements that should add some extra depth to its gameplay. Plus, this Haikyu game will also feature visual novel-style story elements, as is the case with most anime mobile games.

From the looks of it, this game will feature fan-favorites from Karasuno High along with lots of other characters in the series, meaning this should be a treat for Haikyu lovers.

Meanwhile, the game’s premise is described as:

“Fans of the anime HAIKYU!! can look forward to an exhilarating adaptation that stays true to the series’ essence, recreating iconic scenes and capturing the raw intensity and excitement of volleyball matches

In HAIKYU!! FLY HIGH, players will enjoy stunning animation and experience the perfect fusion of strategy RPG elements and intuitive controls, allowing them to build their ultimate volleyball team. From devising winning tactics to executing thrilling plays, the game promises a deeply immersive experience that honors the original anime.”

As for pre-registration, fans can register now on the App Store and Google Play. As more players register, more in-game rewards will be unlocked, including Recruit Tickets, Diamonds, Gold, in-game training items, and Shoyo Hinata’s Portrait and Frame Set. These will be given to players who pre-registered when the game launches.

For now though, there’s no word yet on an official release date for the game, though more details about it can be found on the official website.
