ASUS launches the Zenbook A14 in the Philippines – the lightest Zenbook AI laptop yet
This new Zenbook is the first "all-Ceraluminum" ASUS laptop, and is powered by the new Snapdragon X.
ASUS Philippines announced today that the new Zenbook A14 (UX3407QA) — the lightest 14-inch Zenbook Copilot+ PC – will be released in the country this month.
We recently got to see the A14 at the Snapdragon SEA Summit, so it’s cool to see that it is finally landing in PH shores. After all, we’re quite interested to see how well the Snapdragon X performs, especially given its promise of long battery life on top of having lots of Copilot+ PC-specific AI features.
Aside from performance, the Zenbook A14 (UX3407QA) is also interesting as it’s the first ASUS laptop with an all-Ceraluminum build. For those wondering, Ceraluminum is a new material trademarked by ASUS, and as its name implies, it is a high-tech ceramic material that combines the scratch-resistance of ceramic with the lightness and durability of aluminum. This material is lighter and three times stronger than laptops with anodized aluminum chassis. All of this while having an elegant look that feels great to the touch, not to mention incredibly light as it weighs only 899g.
You’ll also want to bring this laptop with you everywhere as it promises multi-day battery life, with over 23 hours of continuous video playback on a single charge. If this holds up in real-world use, this should be one impressive productivity partner.
Other features of the laptop include an enlarged touchpad featuring Smart Gesture support, smudge-free keycaps on keys with 1.3mm travel, a full suite of I/O ports, and a 14-inch FHD+ IPS NanoEdge display.
The new ASUS Zenbook A14 will be available in Zabriskie Beige and Iceland Grey colorways, with a price tag of PHP 65,995 within March 2025.
Each purchase will come with a complimentary Office 2024 Home free lifetime license, plus a free 1-year subscription to Microsoft 365 Basic. The Zenbook A14 is also entitled to ASUS’ after-sales service, which includes a 2-year International Warranty and ASUS Perfect Warranty with 1-year accidental damage protection.
Along with the A14, the Vivobook 16 (X1607QA) and Vivobook 16 (X1607CA) will also be available in Quiet Blue, in March 2025. The Vivobook 16 (X1607QA) Copilot+ PC has a Snapdragon X Series processor with a price tag of PHP 45,995, while the Vivobook 16 (X1607CA) has an Intel Core Ultra 5 Processor 225H and will be priced at PHP 50,995.
