Filipino skateboarder Margielyn Didal joins the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 roster
Now this is big news for Pinoy skateboarders!

Pinoy fans are in for a treat as Filipino pro skateboarder Margielyn Didal will be part of the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 roster.
To be exact, the official Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater social media pages shared a video confirming that Didal is part of the upcoming game’s pro roster. The video features Didal as she talks about her skateboarding inspirations. It also featured clips of Didal’s look in-game.

Even if you’re not a skateboarder, chances are that you know Didal. After all, she gained a lot of attention during the Tokyo 2020 Olympics . Aside from her picture with Tony Hawk that went viral, Didal also showed off her skills, as well as her sportsmanship during the skateboarding event.
Margielyn Didal being part of Pro Skater 3 + 4 is great news for Filipino skateboarders (and Pinoy gamers in general). After all, representation like this is very much a welcome sight. Plus, Didal has been instrumental in raising the profile of the sport in the country.
In case you missed it, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 is an upcoming remake of the third and fourth Tony Hawk games from the PS2 era. The game will launch on July 11 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
