Game of Thrones star Iain Glen joins the ‘Quezon’ film cast
He will play the United States Army general, Leonard Wood.

With the movie now in production, TBA Studios revealed that Game of Thrones star Iain Glen has joined the Quezon movie cast.
Yes, you read that right, the actor who played Ser Jorah Mormont is part of the Quezon cast. Aside from his Game of Thrones role, Glen has also starred in many notable films and TV shows, including Titans, The Rig, Silo, and many more.
In this upcoming film, Glen will play Leonard Wood, the United States Army major who served as Governor-General of the Philippines during Manuel L. Quezon’s time.
Glen being cast was revealed by TBA Studio following the film’s script reading at The Manila Hotel in Manila, Philippines. There, Glen himself was in attendance.
“We are very honored to have Iain Glen in ‘Quezon’,” said TBA Studios President and COO Daphne O. Chiu. “This film is shaping up to be one of the biggest productions in Philippine cinema, with one of the largest casts ever assembled. We are excited to share with Iain—and the rest of the world—the production scale and level of artistry that Filipino filmmakers are capable of.”

While Glen is no doubt a big name, the film’s cast promises to be just as stacked. After all, Quezon is going to be played by Jericho Rosales.
Quezon is set to be released in late 2025.
