My Dress-Up Darling Season 2 finally gets a new teaser, revealing its July premiere
My Dress-Up Darling Season 2 is finally coming soon!

It has taken quite a while, but finally, My Dress-Up Darling Season 2 finally got a new teaser that also confirmed its July 2025 premiere date.
To be exact, the anime got a new preview video at Aniplex’s stage event during AnimeJapan 2025. The video starts with a look back at some of the memorable moments from Season 1. After this, we get some new clips from the upcoming season featuring Marin Kitagawa in a new cosplay outfit, with Wakana Gojo getting flustered (as expected).
Check out the new video here:
This new teaser also confirmed that Season 2 will premiere in July 2025. This also means the Summer 2025 season will be a busy one for returning studio CloverWorks. After all, the studio has two more projects premiering in July: Rascal Does Not Dream of Santa Claus and The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity.
Hopefully, CloverWorks can manage My Dress-Up Darling even with its busy schedule, especially as fans of the anime have waited over three years for the second season.
What will also be interesting here is how much of the manga Season 2 will adapt, especially considering that the manga ended just a few days ago. While there may be enough material for two more seasons, some fans believe that the second season might be the final one. We’ll have to wait and see if that will be the case.
My Dress-Up Darling Season 2 will premiere in July 2025. There’s no word yet on a specific release date, nor is there info on where it will be streamed outside Japan.
