Sonic X Shadow Generations game trial is available now on PlayStation Plus Premium collection

For those who have still yet to try the game, Sonic X Shadow Generations now has a game trial available for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
Technically, this isn’t a free trial as those without a PlayStation Plus subscription won’t be able to try it out. Still, this is good news for PS5/PS4 owners who have a PlayStation Plus subscription and have yet to try out the latest Sonic game.
In the Sonic X Shadow Generations game trial, players can experience the earlier levels. Of course, the entire game won’t be available, though the great thing is that players who buy the full game on PlayStation can transfer their save data, meaning they won’t have to replay levels they’ve already completed.
Released back in October, this game is the latest entry in the beloved Sonic the Hedgehog series. While it’s not a completely original game (given that half of it essentially a remaster of Sonic Generations), it does feature an all-new campaign where players take on the role of Shadow the Hedgehog.
Aside from enjoying Shadow’s gameplay in the new levels, this campaign also features an intriguing story that happens in parallel to Sonic Generations.
Sonic X Shadow Generations is available now on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
