Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6 releases on March 12
ZZZ's next version update will add Soldier 0 - Anby and Trigger, two new S-Rank characters.
Over a month after Version 1.5, HoYoverse finally revealed that Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6 will be released on March 12.
The new version update is titled “Among the Forgotten Ruins,” and the new story content will see Proxies vie against several factions, including the phantom thief syndicate Mockingbird, in an auction to seize a coveted artifact entwined with the Sacrifice’s secrets.
For many players though, the highlight of any new update is the addition of new characters. Players won’t be disappointed this time as Version 1.6 is adding two new S-Rank characters.
The first of the new characters is Soldier 0 – Anby, an S-Rank Electric Attack Agent. She wields dual swords to deal Electric Damage. Her attacks also trigger Aftershocks and amplify the CRIT DMG of allies that are targeting the same enemy.
Next is Trigger, an Electric Stun Agent of the Obol Squad. She is an expert sniper, and in battle, she can enter Sniper Mode to evade enemy and strike opponents at opportune times, all while calling in teammates for a Quick Assist. Trigger’s attacks also accumulate Purge which enhances Aftershock damage and increases damage dealt by allies on the same target

Along with these two, Pulchra Fellini is also featured in Version 1.6 as an A-Rank Physical Stun Agent. Plus, S-Rank Fire Anomaly Agent Burnice and S-Rank Ether Attack Agent Zhuyuan will return in the upcoming rerun banners.
Version 1.6 will also introduce the new boss Geppetto in Hollow Zero and unlock the newly introduced Difficulty VI in Battlefront Purge. Plus, players can try out Shadow Operation in Hollow Zero which features unique effects in each battle stage.
Finally, players can complete challenges as a Bangboo drone in the March On, Tiny Titan! event or aid a Bangboo in completing 10 different trials in the Little Knight’s Big Charge event. By doing these, players can earn various rewards.
Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6 will be available on March 12 on all platforms.
